Special Meeting of the Sky Harbor Home Owners Association

Meeting called by a petition of ten percent of the voting members with notice given by the HOA Secretary Ron Bertholf to call a meeting for the purpose of establishing a new HOA Board and proposed rule changes.

Election Committee: Steve Wright, Deborah Ballenger, Arley Ballenger

Agenda

1)      Introduction of four HOA Board Candidates for three open positions

2)      Ballots for the HOA Board positions submitted and counted (popular vote)

3)      Ballots for the proposed rule changes submitted and counted (%75 affirmative vote of 59 homes required for changes). Any other proposed changes or amendments to the rule changes can be put on the agenda of a future meeting. This is done out of fairness for the majority of HOA members who have already voted on the rule changes as worded.

4)      Resignation of Board Secretary and ACC Committee Chair Ron Bertholf in writing to the new HOA Board. Turnover of all HOA property and documents to the new HOA Board.

5)      Meeting Adjourned

6)      Open discussion with your new HOA Board

Note: It is my intent to stick to the agenda for this Special Meeting of the HOA. If you have any other business it can be set on the agenda for a future meeting with the new HOA Board.
