The Board requires that you submit written notice of complaints regarding violations of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
These CC&Rs were provided by the escrow company when you signed documents for the purchase of your home, and they are filed with Snohomish County and attached to your Deed.
They are contained within the Governing Document of this Association known as the Declaration.
If you have lost your copy, you can find them in the Documents section of this website.
Basic Time line: A Director shall attempt to contact the alleged violator within 3 days with verbal or written notice. By default, the homeowner shall have 7 days to remedy most situations, or present his/her case before the Board. The Board may grant extensions and variances at its discretion. If it is not resolved after 7 days, the Board shall serve written notice within 3 days, stating that the homeowner has 3 days to comply. Upon the expiration of the 3 rd day, the Board will deem the violation committed and continue to a penalty phase, guided by the Enforcement Policy.
